Personal contact with a representative

Initial meeting with city representatives: fire, police, and city managers office

Creation of a plot plan to indicate areas of activity and pyrotechnic staging

Second meeting with a representative and production team if necessary

Discussion of production elements for design and choreography

Creation of musical score with narration, if applicable

Production meeting to cover communications and On-air broadcast

Introduce firing crew and Alpha-lee's licensed operator on site
